It's the start of a long day for me. I guess I have mastered the art of slacking off these past several months, that cramming to get just enough work done had already grown in me.

In this new program I am with, now, I have to toggle between two PCs. One computer is for company use and the other is dedicated to just the account, itself. To make my job easy, I evaluate calls and annotate on a notepad on the PC dedicated to the program. Of course, since I would not be able to copy and paste those information to the other computer - which is where my forms are saved - I'd have to toggle back and forth to transfer the information. Confusing, I know. I am surprised that I am not confused with what I am tasked to do here.

Last Monday, I came to work to finish filling up all the forms with all the necessary information to complete them. Afterwards, I had to upload those forms one at a time to my personal drive. It gets worse ... I then, had to rename all those forms (we're talking about over 20 of them) into numbers - 01, 02, 03 ... - before uploading them on to our company's shared drive. That way, my supervisor - who is based at another site - would be able to view them and creat a report on it.

I had very little time to do that because I, together with the other communication coaches, had to be at the Makati site at 7 in the morning, for our monthly calibrations and general assembly. It takes about 25 minutes to get to our Makati office from here, considering the traffic at 6 o'clock.

Dang! I finished with everything I needed to do at exactly 6:20 AM - with no break, at all. Three other Ortigas comm coaches were ready to leave by 6; but, they decided to wait for me. (Thanks, you guys! ) When we got out of the building, it was raining. Thus, the difficulty in getting a taxi cab to go to Makati. We were able to finally get one a few minutes after six-thirty.

Whew! Thank goodness, we arrived at the Insular Life Building in Makati with just 2 minutes to spare.
